A piece of writing that made a significant impact on my life was Kindred because it contains imagery and a lot of symbolism that makes us think more harder and makes connections throughout the book.
What stylistic qualities and/or content made that writing so impressive?
-Some writings provide deep meaning which makes you interpret them in any way you want, without having to be afraid of whether the way you interpreted was wrong or right. It also provides good imagery which makes it more fun to read, because it's like you were watching a movie while reading it, which helps you get a better image of what happens as well. Writing is also powerful in another way because it could make you feel the emotions and more retable to the pieces you read. Obviously, it also helps us stay organized, or else the readers won't understand what you are trying or the message you are trying to give off.
